Sending workers to Belgium? Its requirements are built in.
In Belgium, pay follows your sector's joint committee and rises with indexation, and every posting goes through Limosa first. The Belgian template in Obtempera starts there.
The template for Belgium asks for
- Limosa declaration
- Joint committee
- Basic safety training
- A1 certificate
- Checkinatwork
- + Your own additions
Why Belgium is complex
Belgium sets pay by sector and wants every posting declared.
Belgian pay and conditions are agreed in joint committees, one for each sector, and the authorities expect to know who is coming before they arrive.
Joint committees
Agreements made in your sector's joint committee bind every employer in it, and wages are indexed to the cost of living.
Limosa first
Each posting is declared through Limosa before work begins, naming a liaison person for the inspectors.
Attendance on site
On construction sites within the scheme, everyone's presence is registered each day in Checkinatwork, and basic safety training is required.
The solution
Ready to go for Belgium.
The Belgian template follows a posting from declaration to site gate: Limosa, then the joint committee that applies, then the proof each site asks for.
- 01 · Start from LimosaBefore anyone travels, the template wants the Limosa reference, the liaison person and each worker's A1.
- 02 · Name the joint committeeRecord which committee covers the work, so everyone on the project knows which agreement applies.
- 03 · Safety proof from the phoneWorkers upload their basic safety training certificate, or proof of equivalent experience, without a trip to the office.
- 04 · Ready at the gateEach worker carries one status, so you know who can be registered in Checkinatwork and start on the day.
