Southern Europe
Sending workers to Portugal? Its requirements are built in.
Portugal extends its sector agreements to every employer and has a regulator of its own for construction. Obtempera's Portuguese template keeps both in view.
The template for Portugal asks for

Why Portugal is complex
Portugal extends sector agreements to every employer.
Portugal's sector agreements are often extended by the government to every employer in the sector, and construction has a regulator of its own.
Agreements extended by order
Once a sector agreement is extended by government order, its minimum terms apply to posted workers as well.
Notified to ACT
Postings are notified online to the labour inspectorate (ACT) before work starts, naming a liaison person.
IMPIC for construction
Construction work needs a licence from IMPIC, or prior notice to it for companies from other EU countries.
The solution
Ready to go for Portugal.
The Portuguese template starts with the notification and its liaison person, then the agreement and, for construction, IMPIC.
- 01 · ACT notificationThe notification to ACT, with its liaison person, is the first item.
- 02 · Extended agreement notedRecord the sector agreement that applies once it has been extended, so its minimum terms are clear.
- 03 · IMPIC for building workConstruction projects hold the company's IMPIC licence or prior notice against the project.
- 04 · Workers, then statusWorkers answer from their phone, reviewers check each item, and you see who can start.

One country included.
Portugal can be the country already in your plan. If not, it is added once a set-up fee has been paid, with no extra licensing afterwards.
