Right to work
EU citizens no longer have an automatic right to work in the UK; each worker needs settled status, a visa or another permission.
UK minimum pay
The National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage apply to everyone working in the UK, posted workers included.
CSCS on site
Most construction sites expect a CSCS card as proof of training, though it is industry practice rather than law.
